I was born in Aurora, Nebraska and yes I am a Cornhusker fan by nature! I received my undergraduate degree from BYU while on a full ride athletic scholarship. I moved to AZ in 1989 and shortly after received my MBA from ASU. Growing up I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur in some regard but being a real estate agent never entered my mind probably because we rented my entire life growing up. Although I bought my first home when I was 19, I first got interested in real estate when I bought my house in Chandler in 1996. I enjoyed the whole process, esp looking at different homes. In 2000 I decided to follow a strong desire and get my real estate license. Now I am a landlord in two states - go figure! I absolutely love AZ as well as selling real estate. I love almost everything about the process believe it or not - the showing of houses, the paperwork, negotiating the contract, problem solving, etc but mostly I love helping the people I work with find the home that meets their needs, goals or desires so they are happy in the end. I also enjoy meeting new people and developing new friendships. I want everyone to experience the "American Dream" of owning a home. It was the best feeling when I bought my first home. Whether it's your first home or your fourteenth home purchase I want to be your agent and share this feeling. And since I am a big wine fan I leave you with this quote: "The most important part of wine isn't what you have, or what your friends have, but whom you are sharing it with."
